Within reason, yes! If there is unusually bad weather (e.g. torrential rain or snow) we will likely be a little late for your visit. Apart from this, we clean in most weather conditions, including light rain. Please be assured this will not in any way effect the final cleaning result since we are using the purified water method.

There is no contract to sign; the service is for as long as you want it.

No. You do not need to be in for us to clean your windows. Upon cleaning your house we will leave a paper bill along with an envelope addressed to us and details of how to pay, thus notifying you of our work that day. Simple and hassle free.
